Refund policy

Firoza Designs follows a hassle-free 5-day return policy for all purchases (post-receiving the parcel). However, please note that this return policy applies only to domestic orders and does not apply to international orders, which are non-refundable.

In case of a return, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, except in the case of defective or damaged goods in transit. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags still attached.

For the return process, customers are required to email Firoza Designs at support@firoza.in, and the company will arrange for the pickup of the return item. The customer simply needs to hand over the package to the delivery executive. After receiving the returned product, Firoza Designs will issue a refund or send an exchange item within 7 days.

However, please note that returns and exchanges are subject to certain restrictions. Firstly, items should be unused and have the original tags intact. Additionally, items that are broken or have oxidised due to negligence or failure to follow care instructions cannot be returned.

Please note that any customs duties or charges associated with the return or exchange process will be the customer's responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like terracotta jewellery, nosepins, toe rings, and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for broken or used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
